Chicken  and Rice 

Shredded chicken and rice ina bowl

 

This is one of those dump-it-and-forget-it dinners that always gets asked for again 🤍

🛒 Ingredients

2 cups uncooked rice

3 chicken breasts

2 cans cream of chicken soup

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 stick butter (sliced)

1½ cups chicken broth

🍲 Instructions

Add the rice to the bottom of your slow cooker.

Place the chicken breasts on top.

Spread the cream of chicken soup and cream of mushroom soup evenly over the chicken.

Pour in the chicken broth.

Place sliced butter on top.

Cover and cook on HIGH for about 4 hours.

Once the chicken is fully cooked, shred it directly in the slow cooker.

Stir everything together until creamy and well combined.
