Cream cheese biscuit balls
Ingredients
- 1 can of biscuitsĀ
- 1/2 stick of melted butterĀ
- 3/4 teaspoon of cinnamonĀ
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 6 oz of cream cheese
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease muffin tins.
2. Flatten out biscuits with hand or use a rolling pin.
3. Cut cream cheese into 8 squares.
4. Melt butter in small bowl.
4. Mix cinnamon and sugar together.
5. Place a square of cream cheese in center of biscuit. Pinch together the biscuit around the cream cheese and form ball.
6. Roll biscuit in butter and then cinnamon sugar.
7. Place biscuit in muffin tin. Continue until all the biscuits are filled with cream cheese and coated with cinnamon sugar.
8. Bake in a 350 degree over 10 to 12 minutes.
9. Let then cool then enjoy with a glass of cold milk.

Cream cheese biscuit balls are a quick and easy dessert that taste delicious. All you need is a can of biscuits, cinnamon, sugar, butter and cream cheese.
We are currently in Minnesota staying in our motorhome and I needed a quick and easy dessert. As I was walking through the aisles looking for inspiration, I saw biscuits and then I remembered a dessert I had not made in years.
